The mackerel from the Cantabrian sea is a very appreciated fish in Europe. It has a deep flavor and a high amount of fatty acids Omega3. It is fished in an artisan way by little ships in our coast line. The fillets are elaborated in pickled sauce following the traditional recipe. Presentation in glass jar of only one size.
